Strategy & direction
Most projects don’t fail on the code. They fail on the decisions made months earlier — the wrong platform, a feature nobody needed, a rebuild that should have been a tidy-up.
This is where I’m most useful. I’ll sit with you, get to grips with the actual problem, and help you choose a direction you won’t regret. Technology choices, scope, sequencing, the honest trade-offs. You leave with a plan you can act on, whether or not I’m the one building it.

Design & build
Twenty years of building means I can still do the work, and do it properly. Laravel for the serious applications, WordPress where it genuinely fits, and interactive 3D when a project asks for something memorable.
I use AI to move faster on the parts that deserve less of my attention, so more of it goes where the judgement is. It’s amplification, not autopilot.

Advisory & review
Sometimes you don’t need another pair of hands — you need someone who’s seen it before. Code and architecture reviews, hiring support, a sanity check on a supplier’s proposal, or a standing seat at your planning table.
I keep it plain-spoken. You’ll always know what I actually think and why.
