Harmony needed a way to publish serious, structured content without wrestling their editors through a generic CMS. I led the shape of the platform — a block-based model with insights, hubs and ordered series — then built the core of it.
The interesting work was upstream of the code: deciding how content should be modelled so the writing stayed the focus and the tooling got out of the way.
